                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   RIGHT-OF-WAY AND CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT FROM
                   EVELYN FRIST, RELATIVE TO THE GUNBARREL ROAD
                   WIDENING PROJECT, TRACT NO. 48, FOR A
                   CONSIDERATION OF THREE THOUSAND SEVEN
                   HUNDRED TEN DOLLARS ($3,710.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a right-of-way and construction easement from Evelyn
       Frist, relative to the Gunbarrel Road Widening Project, Tract No. 

       48, for a consideration of $3,710.00.
